Our design process
starts with you.
1. PLAN
We will have a conversation about what you want and what you like. Think about dimensions, timber type, budget and the function of your piece. Don’t worry if you don’t have all the answers, we will guide you.
2. DESIGN
Once the initial planning process is completed, we will produce a design sketch and idea for you to approve. Communication goes back and forth until we have something you’re happy with.
3. QUOTE
We will then send you a finalised quote. Once final approval is given, we will invoice you for a deposit of about 50% of the total quoted cost. When paid, you’re locked into our build schedule.
4. BUILD
We keep you updated throughout the build with photos and video. You get to watch your piece take shape with us.
5. DELIVER
When the build is completed, you will receive a final invoice for the outstanding amount, with payment required prior to delivery.
6. GUARANTEE
We proudly stand behind every piece we make. If there’s ever a problem, we will always do what we can to make it right.
